this is a very good smart glove that I bought because I sleep on my left hand and arm, and bend those up to fit against my cheek. There isn't a lot you can do when you are asleep to stop yourself from a preferred position. This helps brace my wrist and top of hand, so when I wake up I am not all achey from lying that way. This is a good product...the braces you get in the drugstore are not very good and definitely not as good as this.

this glove really help me when my wrist and thumb really hurts some days i can one or both thumb and wrist on both arms due to arthritis
