I was unable to sleep through the night without being woken up with severe hand and arm pain and very discomforting tingling. I have been using this brace for about a month and the pain has completely stopped and I have had very minimal tingling or discomfort during the night. I depend on this brace for a pain free night's sleep. Worth every penny!!
